August Favorites
It’s been a while, but I promise, these will start being a thing from now on. Sharing a few favourites of the last month of this summer before we move towards the Fall months. Objects that I found myself using time and again and that I would most definitely recommend to everyone!
These kicks though! So much love for these. Since the first time I tried them on, or even laid my eyes on, I fell in love. So comfortable, so versatile, I even dress them up now and then. Perfect in almost every scenario (for me at least) lately, so they’ve been on my feet almost every day! And since this ‘grandpa’ shoes vibe is a thing lately, even better!
A bit about grooming should always be on the list, and it’s going to be a category of it’s own as we move forward. Fresh, summery, citrusy smells are definetly my thing and this incredible perfume from Czech & Speake checks every point, even holds up with the performance. A must have if you have of similar taste as me!
White T-shirts, such a must have in every wardrobe. Dress up, dress down, use as a layering piece there are so many ways to wear one. Nailing the fit, quality, pricepoint proves no easy task but I must say I’m very pleased with this one from Sanvt!
Time to dapper things up and I couldn’t have done it better than with these MrP derbies. Coming in a super dark grey colour with a black sole, they’re definitely as versatile as it gets! I’ve been dressing these up and down as often as possible.
It couldn’t be summer without a pair of great sunnies, right? These #004 Chimi Eyewear in black have been my go to pair for the last months. A great squared design, quite sturdy (definitely can take a beating) I’ve been carrying these around almost every day! Always attached to this black chain, doubling as an accessory when I’m not wearing them.
And of course, an absolut essential: a great pair of swimmshorts! I’ve had this Frescobol Carioca one for quite some time now and it’s just great. Funky colours, it’s summer afterall, great lenght and fit overall amd the fabric is of great quality, dries out very quickly. It’s definitely going to be in my summer suitcases for many summers to follow!
Kronaby Sekel 38mm
And what’s essential, if not a great watch? This 38mm Sekel Smartwatch, oh yeah - Smartwatch , from Kronaby has been on my wrist more than any other watch I own. Is it the clean design, the great buckle, the beautiful interface? I really couldn’t tell. Definitely a piece worth looking into.
In an effort to keep my pockets relatively free this summer, I’ve ditched my wallet for this great cardholder from Arket. Simple, clean design, space for 5 cards or 4 card and a few bills in the center pocket (as I’ve been using it), it’s a definite must have for me!
No wardrobe would be complete without a pair of Navy trousers and my choice of a pair is from Matinique. Great quality, impeccable fit (I did of course though get the length and hem tailored a always) ready to dress up or dress down according to the occasion!
